MidoriShop provides international shipping options for selected 3D printed models, collectible figures, decorative pieces, and creative products. Shipping availability, delivery time, and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, package size, product weight, and the shipping service available for your order.
Shipping Policy Overview
MidoriShop aims to provide clear and reliable delivery information for every physical product order. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout process whenever destination and product information allow an accurate calculation.
Because selected products are supplied through third-party suppliers, product availability and fulfillment timelines may vary. Some designs may have limited quantities and may become unavailable before an order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the selected shipping carrier. International delivery times may vary because of destination, carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside MidoriShop's direct control.
These are estimated transit ranges and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders are normally reviewed and prepared after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time can vary by product because MidoriShop works with selected third-party suppliers for certain 3D printed models and collectible products.
Most available products are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Products requiring additional supplier fulfillment or preparation may require additional processing time.
Tracking Information
When a trackable shipping service is used, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives and scans the package. International shipments can also show limited tracking information while moving between countries or during customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are generally separate from the product price and shipping charge paid to MidoriShop unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import requirements before placing an international order. Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery period.
Product Availability & Fulfillment
MidoriShop sources selected products through third-party suppliers. As a result, quantities can be limited and availability may change without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, MidoriShop may contact the customer regarding available options. Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the affected order amount may be refunded according to the applicable Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, severe weather, carrier delays, incorrect recipient information, public holidays, peak-season demand, or other events outside MidoriShop's reasonable control.
If tracking indicates that a parcel is delayed, customers should first allow the carrier's normal processing period to continue. MidoriShop may assist with available tracking or carrier information where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect their package as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the ordered product, please contact MidoriShop with your order details and clear photographs of the package and product.
We will review the information and work with the relevant fulfillment or shipping provider where appropriate. Available remedies may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers should carefully review their name, street address, postal code, city, country, and other delivery information before completing payment.
Address changes may be possible only before an order has been handed to the carrier. Once a shipment is in transit, MidoriShop may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
For payment-provider protection and accurate order verification, shipments may be sent to the delivery address recorded with the applicable transaction and payment details.
Shipping & Payment Verification
MidoriShop may review order and payment information before fulfillment to protect customers and the store against unauthorized or suspicious activity.
For PayPal transactions, shipping information may need to correspond with the address shown in the transaction details where applicable. Shipping records and tracking information may be retained as part of normal order documentation.
