Simple, Secure & Transparent Payments
MidoriShop provides a clear and convenient payment experience for customers purchasing 3D printed models, collectible figures, and decorative products. PayPal is currently our primary payment method, while additional payment options are planned for a future release.
1. Payment Policy Overview
This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed when you place an order through MidoriShop. We aim to keep payment information, order pricing, and transaction status clear throughout the checkout process.
By completing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use a payment method that you are authorized to use.
PayPal Is Currently Our Preferred Payment Option
MidoriShop currently prioritizes PayPal for online payments. PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's payment environment, and applicable PayPal terms, security procedures, eligibility requirements, and transaction protections may apply. Customers should review the applicable PayPal terms before completing a transaction.
2. Available & Upcoming Payment Methods
Payment options displayed at checkout represent the methods currently available for your order. We do not consider a payment method active until it is technically enabled and displayed as available during checkout.
Our current primary payment method for eligible purchases processed through checkout.
Direct card payment availability will be announced once the method is enabled at checkout.
Mastercard payment support is planned for a future checkout update.
American Express payment support may become available after future payment integration updates.
Stripe is not currently available at checkout and will only be offered if the relevant payment integration is enabled and supported.
3. Payment Processing
When you select PayPal, the payment process may take place through PayPal's secure payment environment. MidoriShop does not request customers to send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email messages.
- The final order amount is the amount displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- Your payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be confirmed for fulfillment.
- A payment may remain pending if the selected payment provider has not completed its authorization process.
- Orders may be reviewed when transaction information, billing details, or payment status requires verification.
4. Payment Verification & Security
To help protect customers and payment providers, MidoriShop may review order information before fulfillment. This can include checking payment status, billing information, shipping information, and other order details relevant to transaction verification.
If additional information is reasonably required to verify an order, fulfillment may be temporarily delayed until the payment status can be confirmed.
Security notice: MidoriShop will not ask customers to disclose their PayPal password, full card security credentials, or other sensitive authentication information through ordinary customer support messages.
5. Payment, Order Confirmation & Product Availability
A successful payment does not override product availability. MidoriShop sources selected products through third-party suppliers, and certain 3D printed models or collectible pieces may have limited quantities.
Product availability can change before or after an order is placed. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled because the selected product is unavailable, MidoriShop may contact the customer regarding available options, including cancellation and an applicable refund where appropriate.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and checkout information should be reviewed carefully before payment is completed.
6. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Where a refund is approved under the MidoriShop Refund Policy, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on PayPal, your financial institution, or another payment provider involved in the transaction.
Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable MidoriShop Refund Policy, the circumstances of the order, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
Payment-provider rules may also apply independently to a transaction. Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to limit rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Currency, Pricing & Checkout Information
Product prices and applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment is submitted. Depending on your location and payment provider, currency conversion, exchange rates, or additional financial-institution charges may apply.
MidoriShop does not control exchange rates or fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other financial institutions.
Customers should confirm the final amount shown at checkout before completing payment.
8. Payment Provider Terms
Payments processed through third-party payment providers are also subject to the applicable terms, policies, security procedures, and eligibility requirements of those providers.
PayPal may apply its own transaction review, fraud prevention, security, account, dispute, and protection procedures. The availability and scope of any PayPal protection depends on the applicable PayPal rules and transaction eligibility.
Future payment methods will only be presented as available after the relevant payment integration has been enabled and approved for use.
